- 600g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 50g plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 135g panko breadcrumbs
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 125g kewpie mayo
- 2 tablespoons Siracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Squeeze of lime juice
- Steamed Jasmine rice
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- 1/2 small green cabbage
- 100g edamame
- Spring onion
