Crispy Prawn

- Neutral oil
- Tail on Prawns
- Rice paper
- Nori sheets
- Salt and pepper

- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
Method
- Defrost prawns. Cut rice paper into quarters. Cut nori sheets into quarters.
- Squash prawns flat, then season with salt and white pepper. Heat neutral oil on medium in pot.
- Layer rice paper, nori, flattened prawn,then rice paper in top. Squash together then deep fry.
