Crispy steak sub

Ingredients
- Kewpie mayo
- A filet of steak
- 25g of mixed leafs
- Swiss cheese
- Bacon

Method
- Cut your Turkish roll in half
- Put your bacon in a frying pan on medium- high heat and your steak into another on medium- high again
- Once it’s cooked. Toast your rolls for 3-5 minutes
- After it’s all toasted put your kewpie mayo on the bread, then add cheese, steak, bacon, and mixed leaves
