Crispy Tofu Pad Krapow

Ingredients
- Firm tofu (250g)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- Handful of thai basil
- Small red onion
- 1-2 chillies (red)
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- Sugar (to taste)
- Garlic (3-4 cloves)
- Corn flour

Method
- Tear tofu into small chunks and coat in cornflour, garlic and onion powders. Bake in hot over for about 20 minutes.
- Prep sauce - combine soy, oyster and fish sauce plus sugar to taste.
- In a pan fry the chopped red onion, garlic and chillies until lightly golden.
- Add sauce and tofu from oven (once complete), add Thai basil. Serve over rice!
