Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Crissy’s Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400g sliced scotch fillet
- 3tbsp corn flour
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 medium red capsicum
- 1 bunch bok choy
- 1 large carrot
- 1 can corn spears
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Drizzle of sesame oil

Method
- Coat beef strips in corn starch and shake off excess. Cook in the olive oil in a pan. Once slightly browned take out of pan.
- Add in the ginger and garlic until aromatic and add in all the chopped veggies.
- Add a pinch of salt to the veggies. Stir fry for 2min with the lid on
- Add meat back in into the pan with the veggies. Add in all the sauces and toss through for about 1 minute
- Serve with rice or noodles
