Crunchy and crisp sesame salad

Ingredients
- 200g rocket leaves
- 50g mixed green leaves
- 2 X radish, thinly sliced
- 2 X tomatoes, cut into 6 pieces
- 2x spring onions, thinly sliced on an angle
- A handful of bean sprouts
- Kewpie sesame salad dressing to taste
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Place rocket and salas greens in a salad bowl
- Arrange tomatoes, radish, spring onion and bean sprouts on top
- Drizzle with the salad dressing, then olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Do not toss, serve as is to maintain crunch and crispness.
