Crunchy salmon bake with dill

Ingredients
- 1 diced Onion
- 2 cloves crushed Garlic
- Lemon zest
- 2 cups Cream
- Tablespoon fresh Dill
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2 cups Tasty cheese
- 4 diced Shallots
- 425 gm canned salmon
- Shell pasta 300gm

Method
- Gently fry shallots and garlic in olive oil
- Add lemon zest, salmon, cream and heat gently. Add dill.
- Add cooked shell pasta into mix and stir
- Put mix into a flat oven dish, add panko crumbs and top with cheese
- Cook in 180 degree fan forced oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and top is crispy.
