- Microwave rice 125g
- Tin of tuna of your choice 95g
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 40g Lettuce
- 50g Canned corn
- Sriracha hot sauce
- Kewpie mayo

Method
- For a quick and easy meal, use microwave rice and cook per packet instructions.
- Diced up the vegetables to bite size peices.
- Add rice, vegetables and tuna into a bowl.
- Drizzle desired amount of Kewpie mayo and sriracha hot sauce on top!
- Enjoy your quick 5 minute open sushi bowl.
- Bonus: add nori to the dish!
