Deconstructed Sushi Bowl

Ingredients
- Sushi rice; one cup
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Tuna
- Sushi seasoning
- Spicy mayonnaise
- Nori sheets

Method
- Wash the rice. Add two cups of water and cook in the rice cooker or microwave for 12 minutes.
- Dice cucumber. Grate carrot. Cube avocado. Drain canned tuna or salmon. Arrange in individual bowls.
- Spread cooked rice in a shallow bowl to cool and sprinkle Sushi Seasoning liberally. Mix or fan rice to cool. Add to individual bowls.
- Slice nori sheets into thin ribbons.
- Drizzle spicy mayonnaise over individual sushi bowls and sprinkle with nori ribbons.
