Ingredients
- 1kg pork neck
- 2 potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 carrot, sliced
- Mushrooms (any type), sliced
- Glass noodles (dangmyeon)
- Sauce • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 3 tbsp sesame oil • 3 tbsp rice syrup (mulyeot) • 1 tbsp vinegar • 2 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tbsp tuna sauce • 2 tbsp cooking wine (mirin) • 3 tbsp minced garlic • A pinch of black pepper • 500 ml water

Method
- Heat a pan and lightly grill the pork neck until the surface is browned.
- Add potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms, then stir-fry briefly with the pork.
- Pour in all the prepared sauce and water. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce reduces.
- When most of the liquid has reduced, add the glass noodles and continue cooking until the noodles are fully softened and coated with the sauce.
- Once the noodles are cooked and the sauce is thick, remove from heat and serve.
