Dragon Fish

Ingredients
- Fish 1kg
- Garlic 1 bulb
- 2 bird’s eyes chilli
- Prawns 1kg
- Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand oyster sauce 1 tablespoons
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- Sliced spring onions
- Soy sauce 5 tablespoons
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 0.5 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons water

Method
- Prepare and clean the prawns and fish. Cut them up and plate them. Sliced the spring onions
- Finely chop the garlic and chilli. Add oil into the wok on medium heat, stir fry the garlic and chilli, add pepper and oyster sauce. stoir fry for 5 minutes under medium heat. Once done put it on the fish and steam the fish for 8 minutes on high heat
- On a separate pan, cook the soy sauce, water and sugar. Once fish is cooked, poir this saice over
