Drunk izakaya udon

Ingredients
- Udon noodles
- 2 eggs
- 4-8 rolls of sliced beef
- 1 sheet of nori
- Chilli oil
- Mirin

Method
- Cook udon noodles as per packet instructions. At the same time boil two eggs for 4 and a half minutes
- Once the eggs and noodles are ready, cook the sliced beef until evenly browned
- Mix the chilli oil and mixing through the noodles. Be generous; add until there's a bit of a soup at the bottom of the noodles
- Add the boiled eggs, beef and crumble the nori over the dish
