Dumpling Curry bake

Ingredients
- 16x Dumplings
- 2 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Bunch of bok choy
- 4x Mushrooms
- 2x 400ml tin of coconut cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- Sesame seeds for serving
- 4x garlic gloves chopped
- 1 tbsp crushed ginger
- 2 cups of rice, cooked

Method
- Chop bok choy and mushrooms into small chunks. Finely chop garlic cloves. Cut lime in half.
- Put all above ingredients into a baking dish. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, curry paste, coconut cream and dumplings.
- Put dish into the oven for 30 minutes at 180C. Stir halfway to make sure dumplings are covered in the cream.
- Serve with rice and sesame seeds.
