Dumpling lasagna

Ingredients
- 1tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1tbsp soy
- 500g pork
- Bunch shallots use 3 chopped
- Wontons
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- Pepper and salt
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Chilli oil

- OBENTO - RICE WINE VINEGAR
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix together
- In a baking dish, spray the bottom with with oil then stop then lay the Wong tongs then lay the meat mix. Lay the wontons lay the meat mix. Put them in a pan with boiling water to steam for 20 minutes.
- After 20-25 minutes take off steamer and top with chilli oil shallots and a bit more soy serve and eat
