Dumpling Lasagna

- Oyster sauce
- Rice wine
- Wonton wrappers
- Ground pork
- Grated garlic
- Ginger
- Sesame oil

Method
- 190c oven
- Add pork, soy, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, and green onions in a bowl season with salt and pepper
- Get 2 baking trays one that will fit in to larger tray spread half the pork on base of smaller tray, wonton layer and repeat until full
- Add water to the dish submerging in top layer of wonton,
- Fill larger dish half way with boiling water place doubling lasagna in larger tray covering with foil
- Bake in pre heated oven for 15 - 20 mins
