Dumpling lasagna

Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- 1 packet Mingle Chow Mein Recipe Base
- 3 spring onions, finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup grated cabbage
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 packet wonton wrappers (approx 30 sheets)

Method
- In a large bowl add the pork mince, carrot, cabbage, spring onion, garlic, ginger, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with sesame oil.
- Briefly dip each dumpling wrapper into a bowl of water to soften, then layer them across the base of the prepared dish.
- Spread a layer of the mince mixture evenly over the wrappers.
- Repeat the layers (wrappers then filling) until all the mixture is used, finishing with a final layer of wrappers on top.
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of water over the top layer. Add more if you want more broth
- Place the dish into a water bath, cover tightly with foil or a lid, and steam for 25 minutes or until the mince is cooked through.
