Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Dumpling Lasagna

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 500g chicken mince
- 4 Shallots chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour
- 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
- 1 pack fresh Wonton wrappers
- 200ml Chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon Chinese wine
- Chilli oil to serve
- Sprinkle of Sesame seeds
- 4 dried shiitake mushrooms rehydrated and chopped finely
- Sprinkle of fried shallots

- LEE KUM KEE - SUPERIOR LIGHT SOY SAUCE
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl together. Lightly spray a Pyrex dish with oil spray. Make your dumpling lasagna starting with a layer of wonton wrappers then a layer of your dumpling mix. Repeat until mix is all used up. Top with chicken stock. Place dish into a saucepan of boiling water, cover with lid, steam for 20-25 minutes. Serve topped with a splash of soy sauce, chilli oil, fried shallots, sesame seeds and chopped shallots. Slice up to serve and enjoy on its own or with some steamed bok choy with lashings of that delicious Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce.
