Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Dumpling lasagne

Ingredients
- 500grams pork mince
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup grated cabbage
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 cup chopped spring onion
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp chilli oil
- 1 packet of gyoza wrapper
- 1/4 cup fried shallots
Product used in recipe
- OBENTO - RICE WINE VINEGAR
Method
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Dip the dumpling wrappers in water and begin to layer.
- Spread 1/3 of the filling over the first layer. Repeat these steps and finish with a layer of gyoza wrappers on the top.
- Sprinkle the dish with 2 tbsp of water before steaming for 20 minutes.
- Top with spring onion, fried shallots, soy sauce. Enjoy!
