Dumpling Lasange

Ingredients
- Pork mince
- Cruahed garlic and ginger
- 1 table spoon of Seasme oil
- 1 table spoon of rice wine vinegar
- 5 chopped green onion /schalotts
- Dumpling wrappers

Method
- Mix meat, onions ans all seasonings together
- Create layers in a dish using the dumpling wrappers in between layers
- Place constructed lasange dish in a pot, surround with water, add lid and boil / steam for 25mins
