Dumpling Ramen

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Gluten free soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 3 frozen dumplings of choice
- 1 boiled egg
- Ramen noodles
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp Kombu dashi granules
- I tspn sesame seeds
- 3 stalks of broccoli or greens of choice

- LEE KUM KEE - GLUTEN FREE SOY SAUCE
Method
- Boil 1 egg 6-12 minutes to your desired consistency
- Combine mirin, soy, kombu dashi and water, bring to boil.
- Add dumplings, boil according to packet instructions
- Add noodles cook according to packet instructions.
- Add broccoli for final 2 minutes.
- Serve with boiled egg, sesame seeds and chili of choice.
