Easy Chinese just like your ABCs

Ingredients
- Pork mince
- 1tsp olive oil
- 1 packet spinach
- 1/2 brown onion
- 1/3 cup ABC sauce
- 1/2 pack hokkein noodles
- 1tsp fish sauce
- 1tsp mirin

- ABC - SESAME OIL
- OBAP - KIMCHI
- LEE KUM KEE - ABALONE IN PREMIUM OYSTER SAUCE
Method
- Add oil to the pan and brown off the mince Add the sliced onion (save half for the end )Soak the noodles and add to the pan
- For the sauce addABC , fish and mirin
- Pour the sauce in , add the spinach and cover to allow it to sautéed Finally add the 1/2 onion garnish with spring onion
