Easy peasy donburi

Ingredients
- Jasmine rice
- Chicken tenders
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Pickled red onion
- Rice wine vinegar
- Soy sauce
- Kewpie roasted sesame Japanese dressing
- Iceberg lettuce

Method
- Cook enough rice for 4 people in a rice cooker. Once it's done, add a dash of rice wine vinegar.
- Cut up cucumber into cubes, shred iceberg lettuce and julienne the carrots
- Cook chicken tenders in the air fryer. Once cooked, cut into bite size pieces.
- Now assemble your donburi. Arrange cooked rice, chicken tenders, cucumber, carrot and lettuce in a bowl. Add a dash of soy sauce. Top with pickled onions. The final touch is a good drizzle of Kewpie roasted sesame Japanese dressing.Enjoy!
