Easy Peasy San Choi Bao

Ingredients
- Carrot
- Garlic
- Onion
- Mince
- Lee kum kee san choi bao ready sauce
- Crushed peanuts
- Lettuce

Method
- Grate your carrots
- Dice your onion and chop peanuts
- Place both carrot and onion into pan and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes
- Once evenly cooked add your mince, garlic and cook on medium to high heat for 5 minutes
- Add in the lee kum kee ready sauce and 2 tablespoons water. stir through mix, cooking for additional 2 minutes.
- Serve with lettuce cups and a sprinkle of chopped peanuts - ENJOY!
