Easy Pork and Vegetables Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tbsp corn flour
- 250 g pork (whatever protein available)
- Salt to taste
- Carrots
- Young corn
- Mushrooms
- Cauliflower
- Bukchoy
- Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Chili (optional)
- Any neutral oil
- Water

Method
- In a bowl, mix these ingredients to make the stir fry sauce: oyster sauce, light soysauce, sesame oil, cooking wine, corn flour, white pepper, sugar.
- Slice the vegetables according to your preference size. Pork should be cut small/ thin for easier cooking.
- Heat a neutral oil in a pan, sauté the onion, garlic, ginger and chili until the aromatics are golden.
- Stir fry the pork until it changes color. Add the vegetables according to cooking time (ie carrots and cauliflower first, leafy greens last).
- Add the sauce and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add some water and continue to stir fry until vegetables are softer.
