Easy pork Fried rice

Ingredients
- Pork mince 500grms
- Oil
- 1 cup of rice cooked
- Frozen veggies 1 cup
- 1 onion
- Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster sauce

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM OYSTER SAUCE
Method
- Fry onion in oil til slightly brown
- Add pork mince and stir occasionally allowing pork to brown and crisp on bottom
- Add frozen vegetables and stir through. Add cooked rice and stir well
- Add good dolop of oyster sauce, soy sauce pepper and salt to season.
- Stir through for 5-10 mins and serve and enjoy!
