Easy Salmon and Avocado Sushi Rolls

Ingredients
- OBENTO Yaki nori for sushi
- 40ml Sushi Vinegar and 1/2 Teaspoons of sugar
- Sushi Rice
- 50g Salmon fillet and strips of cucumber and avocado
- Soy sauce and wasabi (optional)

- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
Method
- Cook sushi rice as instructed and add mixture of sushi vinegar and sugar (optional) then let the rice cool down.
- Lay the thin layer of rice on Bento Yaki Nori for Sushi and strips of salmon, avocado and cucumber in the middle of the nori sheet.
- Roll the rice over the filling, tuck the ingredients in and shape it into a tight roll. Slice into 7–8 pieces then enjoy!
