Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Easy Salmon Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets, skin or no skin, cut into cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cm ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons siracha
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 avocado
- 1 carrot
- I cucumber
- 1 small packet of Edamame beans
- Pickled ginger
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Sesame seeds

Method
- Mix all ingredients up to the avocado to make a sauce. Marinate the salmon for at least one hour.
- Cook rice.
- Place salmon in an air fryer on a sheet of alfoil. Cook for 7-8 minutes at 200 degrees
- Grate carrot, slice cucumber and slice avocado.
- In a bowl, serve rice with grated carrot, cucumber, avocado, pickled ginger, edamame beans and salmon pieces.
- Drizzle with kewpie mayonnaise and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
