Egg and Kewpie Mayo Sandwich

Ingredients
- Eggs
- Bread
- 1tbs salt
- 1tbs black papper
- 200g Kewpie Mayonnaise

- KEWPIE - MAYONNAISE 50% REDUCED FAT
Method
- Boil eggs (2 eggs per serving). Once boiled, peel eggs to a small bowl.
- In the small bowl, crush boiled eggs using a fork until small 1cm pieces.
- Add 1tbs salt, 1tbs black pepper, and 200g Kewpie Mayonnaise into the eggs and mix.
- Spread onto bread or toast and enjoy!
