Egg noodle

- Noodle
- Carrots
- Potato
- Stock
- Spring onion
- Coriander
- Egg
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oilve oil
- Garlic
- Ginger

Method
- Fry garlic and ginger for half a minure with oil on high. Add dice potato and carrot to fry until golden crispy on the suface.
- Add 1 litre stock and bring it to boil. Add noodle for 8 minutes.
- Add chopped spring onion and coriander and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar salt pepper and sugar in a large bowl. Add cooked noodle into the bowl. Mix with soy sauce base.
- Add noodle soup into the bowl and fry an egg with oil. Add it to the bowl.
