Fancy tuna and rice

Ingredients
- 1 Tin of tuna, preferably the chilli oil flavoured one
- 1 cup of Sushi rice
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 carrot
- Small amount of kimchi
- Small amount of pickled onions or spring onions
- Yaki nori/ seaweed sheets cut into small squares
- Soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil or furikake for serving
- And anything you want, preferably avocado, spring onions, lettuce but whatever you have on hand will work!

Method
- Cook one cup of sushi rice, wash and rinse until water is clear, then place in river cooker and wait till it's done
- While the rice is cooking, chop up all toppings to your choice of shape and size, I prefer smaller to fit into seaweed sheets.This includes the cucumber, carrot, avocado, kimchi, pickled onions or whatever you are adding to your recipe!
- When the rice is finished, season with sushi rice seasoning, Then add to a bowl.Next you place all your individual toppings around the bowl in a nice circle. Then place your tin of tuna in the middle and top it off with anything you want. I like to add sesame seeds or furikake.Then cut up the nori sheets to whatever size you like and place on the side. Then serve with soy sauce or sesame oil and enjoy!
