Fast spicy pork mince

Ingredients
- most of a bottle Hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Garlic
- 4 tbsp Ginger
- One bunch Spring onions
- 1. Kilo Pork mince
- A tablespoon Chili sauce
- Teaspoon Fish sauce
- Three tablespoons Rice wine
- Teaspoon Salt
- 3 tsp of Sugar to balance
- Noodles or pasta
- Kewpie to serve

- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
- LEE KUM KEE - HOI SIN SAUCE
- SQUID BRAND - FISH SAUCE
- KEWPIE - MAYONNAISE
Method
- Stir fry garlic, ginger and the white parts of spring onions for about a minute
- Add the pork mince and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients And cook for 5 minutes until fully cooked. Finish with the green parts of the spring onions.
- The recipe is a bit rough. Throw in whatever you like. Adjust the ingredients for taste. Something this good shouldn't be so fast and easy!
