Fast&Fab Pork Chop noodle soup

Ingredients
- Pork chop
- 1 egg
- Bread/panko crumb
- Cooking oil
- Lee Kum kee Light soy sauce
- Abc Sweet soy sauce
- Asian choy sum
- Egg noodles
- Chicken stock
- Abc Chilli sauce

- LEE KUM KEE - SUPERIOR LIGHT SOY SAUCE
- ABC - ORIGINAL CHILLI SAUCE
Method
- Dip pork chops in egg wash and crumb thoroughly on both sides.
- Deep fry pork chop in a shallow pool of oil in a fry pan for 4minutes on each side.
- In a seperate saucepan, boil chicken stock/water and cook fresh egg noodles. Season with light and sweet soy sauce.
- Lightly blanch vegetables and serve alongside noodles and pork chop with chilli sauce on the side.
