Fiery Garlic Soy Chilli Wings

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1–2 fresh red chillies, finely sliced
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Juice of ½ lime

- LEE KUM KEE - SALT REDUCED SOY SAUCE
Method
- Marinade: Mix soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, sesame oil
- Add garlic, ginger, chilli, chilli flakes, sriracha, black pepper.
- Toss wings through thoroughly.
- Marinate minimum 1 hour (overnight = next level flavour).
- Cooking : Preheat to 200°C (fan 180°C).
- Line tray, space wings out.Bake 35–40 mins, turning halfway.Grill last 5 minutes for charred edges..
