Filipino Style Pork Sisig

Ingredients
- 1kg Pork Liempo
- 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee soy sauce
- 3 tbsp lee kum kee oyster sauce
- 1 tsp of Pepper corn
- 1 whole red onion (dice)
- 1/4 tofu
- 1 tsp of salt
- 4pcs bay leaves
- 2 cans of liver spread
- 6pcs Calamansi
- 5 pcs green chili
- 3 pcs red chili
- Bonito flakes
- Kaffir leaves

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM DARK SOY SAUCE
Method
- 1. Boil the pork for 15mins with bay leaves, salt, and pepper corn
- 2. After 15 mins. Air dry the pork for 10mins
- 3. In a large cooking pan, pre heat the pan with oil. Make sure the oil amount of oil if for deep fry.
- 4. When oil is already hot, deep fry the pork. Do not burn both sides but make it it was flipped every 5mins.
- 5. After cooking the pork, fry the cube dice tofu in the same oil for 5mins.
- 6. When pork and tofu are cooked, start preparing your sauce.
- 7. In a bowl, put 2 cans of liver spread, and 6pcs squeeze calamansi. Combine all together with 3 tbsp of lee kum kee soy sauce and 2 tbps of oyster sauce. Mix until the texture is okay.
- 8. Dice a whole red onion, kaffir leaves, and make the bonito leaves into a powder texture, and chop all the pork into small bits and all the chili. In a bowl, mix everything and then pour the liver soread sauce!
- 9. After mixing, pre heat a pan. Fry the pork with mixtures for 4mins!
- 10. Put the pork sisig in a plate and put KEWPIE MAYO on top in a drizzle style! Put the amount base on your preferences. Serve hot!!
