Finger Food Crunch

Ingredients
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Water chestnuts
- 250gms pork mince
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Rice noodles
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- Diced shallots

- LEE KUM KEE - READY SAUCE SAN CHOY BAO GF
Method
- Wash lettuce and make lettuce cups
- Heat oil and garlic in small pan
- Add mince and stir fry for 5 mins
- Add shallots and water chestnuts
- Add sang Choi bow sauce mix and heat through
- Spoon into lettuce cups
- Top with rice noodles
- Wrap up lettuce leaves and munch and crunch
