Fire-Kissed Teriyaki Squid with Roasted Garden Vegetables

Ingredients
- Squid, cut into strips
- Obento Teriyaki Marinade
- Celery, cut into strips
- Bell peppers, cut into strips
- Onion, sliced
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper

Method
- Rinse the squid strips thoroughly and pat dry. Add a suitable amount of teriyaki marinade and toss well to coat evenly. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Wash and slice the celery, bell peppers, and onion into strips. Season with black pepper, salt, and olive oil, tossing gently until well combined. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil. Spread the vegetables evenly on the bottom, then place the marinated squid on top.Air-fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, then flip the squid. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, until the squid is tender and lightly charred and the vegetables are roasted and fragrant.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy while hot.
