First Day at Work – Sushi Bowl Slammer

Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori
- Sushi rice
- Rice Vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
- Silken Tofu
- Onion
- Teriyaki sauce
- Soy sauce
- Sushi ginger
- Edamame beans
- Cucumber
- Crispy Chilli Oil
- Prawns
- Cornstarch
- Vegetable oil
- Avocado
- Spring onion

Method
- Wash sushi rice and cook in rice cooker. Heat rice vinegar, sugar and salt to make rice seasoning and fold into rice in a wooden bowl whilst hot.
- Slice onions, cover with 50/50 water and teriyaki sauce, bring to boil and then simmer until the onions are soft.
- Drain silken tofu, dry with paper towels, coat with cornstarch and shallow fry until golden in vegetable oil
- Assemble all ingredients of sushi bowl, drizzling the teriyaki sauce over the rice and tofu. You are ready for work!
