- Chinese five spice
- Broccoli
- Obento Teriyaki Marinade

Method
- Marinated chicken overnight in Chinese five spice and sushi and sashimi sauce
- Cooked robe cup of rice in rice cooker with coconut milk
- Air fried chicken named lightly steamed broccoli
- Added kimchi
- Poured over crispy onions and obento teriyaki sauce
- Meal prepped 3 meals with 40g of protein
