‘Footy Night’ Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups cooked and chilled white rice
- 6 chicken tenders chopped
- 2 slices bacon chopped
- 1 brown onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 medium carrots diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 red capsicum diced
- 2 eggs scrambled
- 1 tbs KEWPIE JAPANESE DRESSING SESAME SOY SAUCE
- 1 tbs chinese cooking wine
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs Oyster Sauce
- Splash olive oil

Method
- Stir fry onion and garlic in olive oil. Take out. Fry bacon and chicken till cooked through. Take out Make omelette with the eggs chop up and take out. Stir fry the vegetables, then add the rice. Stir fry. Then add all the cooked ingredients back in. Add the sauces and heat through. Enjoy the footy game and the delicious fried rice!!
