Fusion Kimchi crispy chicken wraps made from homemade Hotteok

- KEWPIE - EGG FREE MAYONNAISE
- OBENTO - PANKO BREADCRUMBS
Method
- To make the crispy chicken marinade the chicken in gochujang for 6hours. Then coat the chicken with Panko crumbs. Fry chicken in vegetable oil.
- Make gochujang Aioli by mixing Gochujang with Kewpie, garlic and ginger.
- Add all the dough ingredients together in a mixer before rolling them into wraps with a rolling pin. Then cook in a fry pan until they blow up
- To make the wraps: - once the wraps have cooked add Kimchi, crispy chicken, homegrown cherry tomatoes, lettuce & cucumber, and Gochujang Aioli.
