garlic butter prawns

Ingredients
- 1kg Tiger Prawns
- 2tbsp Lee kum kee oyster sauce
- 6 cloves of Garlic
- teaspoon of brown sugar
- pepper to taste
- half teaspoon of chili flakes
- 1/4 cup of butter

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM OYSTER SAUCE
Method
- Add oil to pan
- add garlic and sauté
- Add Butter to pan and melt
- Add oyster sauce
- add the prawns and let them cook
- add pepper and chili flakes then sugar to balance out
- let it simmer and serve
