Garlic prawn vermicelli salad

Ingredients
- 100g garlic prawns
- 1srv vermicelli noodles
- 1/2 cup lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber, diced to preference
- 1/4 onion, diced or sliced to preference
- (FOR SALAD DRESSING)
- 2 1/2 tbsp water
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of sugar
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- Sesame seeds (FOR FINISH)
- Kewpie Siracha Mayo Drizzle
- Kewpie Mayo Drizzle

Method
- Prepare your salad ingredients into one bowl (add some grated cheese if you love it), once prepped cook your vermicelli noodles. While vermicelli is boiling also add your garlic prawns into a pan with 1tbsp of butter or garlic butter, Cook Vermicelli noodles for 5-7 minutes or until done, Cook prawns for 7-8 minutes or until fully curled.
- To make the dressing, combine soy sauce, water, sesame oil, sugar & minced garlic into a small cup, stir well.
- Once vermicelli is cooked, rinse with cold water and gently squeeze excess water, Add to prepped salad and toss, once mixed add roughly 7-8tsp of your soy mixture and toss the salad again.
- Once prawns are cooked, place on top of your Vermicelli salad, drizzle Kewpie Siracha Mayo & Mayo to your hearts desire, top with sesame seeds and VOILA, Bon appetite
