Garlic Prawns

Ingredients
- Squid fish sauce
- ABC sweet soy
- 500g of freshly caught QLD banana prawns
- Light soy
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Snow peas
- Bean sprouts
- Coriander
- Coconut rice
- Mirin
Product used in recipe
- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
- SQUID BRAND - FISH SAUCE
Method
- Start frying grated ginger and garlic and then quickly add in the prawns - cook 30 seconds each side and then set aside.
- Add in more garlic and ginger to the wok and then fry the snow peas for 15 seconds before adding in the sauces for 20 seconds. Then add the prawns back in to coat. Take off the heat.
- Serve on coconut rice with bean sprouts and coriander
