Garlic Tuna Egg with Oyster Sauce and Yaki Nori Garnish

Ingredients
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 Egg fried
- Tuna 200 grams
- 1 cup Rice
- Yaki Nori Sheet
- Olive oil

Method
- Fry the egg and separate
- Saute garlic with olive oil
- Add the tuna and continue to saute
- Add rice
- Add oyster sauce
- Slice or cut the Yaki Nori sheets and add it to the sauteed rice
- Form the fried rice and mould it into your desired shape like onigiri style
- Ready to serve
