- Breadcrumbs
- Chicken tenderloins
- Ginger
- Mirin
- Soy sauce
- 1 egg

Method
- Marinate chicken in mirin and soy sauce with minced ginger
- Crack 1 egg and dip chicken pieces into egg
- Coat with breadcrumbs and air fry for 13 minutes and 195 degrees
