Ginger Spring Onion Pork

Ingredients
- 1kg pork mince
- 3 bunches spring onion
- 80g ginger paste or finely sliced
- 80g garlic paste or finely chopped
- 2 chili red or green
- 3 tbsp Gluten free Lee Kum Kee soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Gluten free Mirin
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free Lee Kum Kee Kecap Manis
- 2 or 3 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- Peanuts or cashews salted and Roasted

- LEE KUM KEE - GLUTEN FREE SOY SAUCE
Method
- - heat pan and add 60ml of preferred vegetable or nut oil - mix ginger and garlic and chili - add spring onions- Saute until mixed together, then set aside
- - in the same bowl add more oil and 1kg pork mince - stir a few minutes then add Lee Kum Kee Gluten Free Soy Sauce - add Gluten free mirin- add rice vinegar (rice wine or white wine vinegar or apple Cider are ok substitutes)- add Lee Kum Kee Gluten Free Kecap Manis - add a large pinch of salt
- - add back in the spring onion and mix together - once pork is cooked, set aside and stir through nuts of your choice (Peanuts, cashews etc) - serve with rice - enjoy!
