Ginger stirfry

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1tbs fresh ginger
- 3 gloves garlic pressed
- 2tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3tbs cornflour
- Stirfry veggies of choice eg. Baby corn, cauliflower, green beans, capsicum, edamame, carrot sticks all diced appropriately for stirfry.
- Thick Rice noodles
- 1 large onion
- 2tbs sesame oil

- OBENTO - RICE WINE VINEGAR
Method
- Fry onion and garlic in a pan
- Add veggies and fry for a few minutes (don’t overlook)
- Add all sauce ingredients and stir at high heat until it thickens and coats the veggies
- Prepare rice noodles per packet instructions and then add to the veggies/sauce, mix thoroughly and serve with sesame seeds
