Gluten free beef & veggie noodle stir fry

Ingredients
- Valcom sluced water chestnuts
- Thai style frozen veggies
- Beef strips
- Gluten free pad Thai rice noodles
- Passage to Asia pad Thai stirfry sauce
- Onions
- Olive oil

Method
- Cook beef strips in olive oil until no longer Red but still soft & juicy (or to your desired liking)Remove from wok & set aside
- Meanwhile, in a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the gluten free pad Thai noodles & boil for approx 7 mins.Drain & Rinse under cold water.
- Cook onion more olive oil until translucent. Add the Valcom sliced water chestnuts & frozen Thai veggies. Stirfry until veggies r cooked to your liking. Add the pad Thai stirfry sauce & simmer for approx 3 mins & add some boiling water to create the sauce more juicy or to your liking.
- Add the beef strips & combine well allowing it to simmer for approx 2 mins.
- Pour some gluten free pad Thai noodles into a bowl withThe delicious beef & veggie stirfry sauce ontop & mix well.Enjoy with some chop sticks!
