Green Thai Curry

Ingredients
- Bamboo shoots
- Chicken breast 500g
- Half jar of Marion’s Kitchen Thai green curry paste
- Capsicum
- 2-3tbsp soy sauce
- 2-3 tbsp fish sauce
- Cup of water
- Chilli deseeded
- Baby corn 1 can

Method
- Cut chicken into thin slices, sear lightly on a frying pan.
- Add to slow cooker with curry paste, soy sauce, water and fish sauce and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours
- Add vegetables and cook for 1 hour on high.
- Serve on rice
