Grilled Chicken with Char Siu Sauce

Ingredients
- 5tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
- 1kg Chicken thighs
- 1tbsp Minced garlic
- Coriander (optional)
- Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Method
- Mix chicken with the marinade, and set aside in the refrigerator for minimum an hour or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and place chicken on a baking tray for 25 minutes or until completely cooked.
- Serve the chicken with rice and vegetables. Garnish with spring onion, coriander and sesame seeds (optional).
